【摘要】 本文对日本血吸虫卵粗抗原(Ag—O)和细抗原(Ag—G)在间凝试验(IHA)上进行了比较观察。结果表明:Ag—O和Ag—G对日本血吸虫病具有快速、简便、敏感等优点,但标准化仍是个值得进一步探讨的问题,而本实验Ag—O与肝吸虫病患者血清出现8.16％(8/98)的交叉反应。另外,是Ag—G对丝虫病患者血清出现高达10.12％(8/78)的交叉反应,值得重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 we have made comparative observation on the application of the Schistosoma japonicum egg crude antigen (Ag-o) and fine antigen (Ag-G)to indirect hemagglutination test(IHA). The result shows that both Ag-O and Ag-G possess the advantages of simplicitg, rapidity and sensitivity in lhe diagnosis of Schistosomiasis. However, standardization of the test needs to be further researched, for Ag-O has 8.10% (8/98) cross rcaction with the clonorchiasis patient’s serum. In addition, Ag-G has a high cross reaction of 10.12%(8/78) with the filariasis patient’s serum, and this is a problem weshouldpay attention to.更多还原
