【摘要】 <正> The isoharringtonine isolated from Cephalotaxus is one of the four ester alkaloids,that have been found to exhibit significant antitumor activity. Up to now, we have not found any successfully synthetic report about this compound. Here we would like to report the accomplishment of the synthesis of isoharringtonine (4).
