【Abstract】 In 1979 the present authors used the subfamily rank "Ganodermoideae" to publish a paper about the Chinese species of the genera Ganoderma and Amauroderma, which included 53 species, 1 variety and 1 forma. For the threeyears it has been further studied and a large number of speciemens determined by the authors. They consider the fact is trus to recognize this group as the family rank "Ganodermataceae". In spite of which and Polyporaceae with the same hymenophore the relationship between them, hitherto, is not yet clear. The former is characterized by its double walled spore and its endospore uslually with echinules, but the latter is the simple walled spore. In the present paper 4 new species and 2 new records from China are reported. They are Ganoderma sichuanense Zhao et Zhang, G. crebrostriatum Zhao et Xu, G. tibetanum Zhao et Zhang, Arnauroderma amoiensies Zhao et Xu; Ganoderma gibbosum (Bl. and Nees) Pat. and Amauroderma schomburgkii(Mont, et Berk.)
