30CrMnSiNi2A钢真空淬火工艺的研究
Study on the Vacuum Quenching of 30CrMnSiNi2A Steel
【摘要】 为了提高30CrMnSiNi2A高强度结构钢零件的各种性能,以提高其使用寿命,进行了真空热处理工艺试验,并与普通电炉加热等温淬火工艺进行了常规机械性能、断裂韧性、疲劳性能、显微组织、表面碳浓度等分析对比。试验结果证明了真空热处理的优越性。
【Abstract】 In ordar to improve the various properties of high strength constrctional steel parts to prolongtheir service life,the experimental work of vacuum heat treating process was carried out.Theconventional mechanical properties,fracture toughness,fatigue resistance,microstructures and thecarbon concentration in surface were analysed and compared with that of conventional heating inresistance furnace and isothermal quenching.It was denoted that,the vacuum heat treating is mostbeneficial.
