【Abstract】 This paper deals with development of vacuum heat treating,including the temperature equali-zation,type of heating elements,option of thermal insulation materials and the optimum pressure ofvacuum furnaces and the quenching process.The vacuum thermo-chemical treatment such as vacuumcarburising,carbo-nitriding processes were also discussed.更多还原
