碳钢渗硼层的形成与择尤取向

【摘要】 本文研究了碳钢渗硼层中Fe2B和FeB的含量和择尤取向与渗硼时间、层深及渗剂B4C含量之间的关系。实验结果表明:在850℃渗硼时,无论渗剂B4C含量如何变化,均首先生成Fe2B,随后再生成FeB,两者生成的时间间隔随渗剂B4C含量的升高而缩短。渗硼初期生成的Fe2B和FeB无择尤取向现象,随着渗硼时间的延长和层深的加厚,Fe2B和FeB的[002[晶向与工件表面垂直的择尤取向程度加大,超过一定层深后,[002]晶向几乎全都与工件表面垂直。

【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the influence of boronizing time, layer depth and the B4C content in the boronizer on the content of Fe2B and their preferred orientations in the boronized layer of a medium carbon steel. The experimental results show that when boronized at 850℃, in spite of the variation on B4C content in the borcnIzer, the formation of Fe2B always preceeds that of FeB, The time interval required for the formation of FeB and Fe2B shortens as the B4C content in the borcnizer increases. No preferred orientation in Fe2B and FeB formed in the initial stage of boronizing was observed. As the boronizing time is increased, the boroized layer thickens, and the extent of the preferred crientation characterized by [002] dirrection taking the direction perpendicularto the specimen surface gradually increases. After the layer thickness exceeds a certain value, the [002] direction almost takes entirely tie perpendicular to the specimen surface.
