【摘要】 用放射自显影术观察了缰核的远心联系。缰核的传出纤维大部分行向腹尾侧,构成缰核脚间束,外侧缰核者分布于全束的范围,内侧缰核者位居束的中心,它们均终止于脚间核,只是内侧缰核终止纤维的数量明显地多于外侧缰核。缰核脚间束越过中脑被盖时,有相当数量的纤维陆续分离出,转向背内终止于缝际核群(线形上核,线形中核,中央上核,缝际背核和脑桥缝际核等)以及中缝两侧的网状结构和中脑中央灰质的腹侧部。缰核脚间束沿途分出少量纤维至束旁核,行至脚间核吻端,还分出少量纤维行向外方终止于黑质的致密部,并向吻侧至丘脑下部(丘脑下部后核、腹内侧核、背内侧核和外侧核)。缰核的少数纤维沿丘脑髓纹行向吻侧,其中一部分终止于丘脑前核群。还有少量纤维经缰连合越边至对侧的缰核和顶盖前区。对放射自显影术的应用和~3H-亮氨酸浓缩后的辐射分解问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 7 of 12 adult albino rats,a small deposit of ~3H-leucine was injected in thelateral habenular nucleus(LHB),the others,in the medial habenular nucleus(MHB).48 hours after the operation,the animals were sacrificed by perfusing through theaorta with 100ml.normal saline followed by 100ml 10% formalin.The perfusedbrains were then postfixed in 10% formalin for two weeks,embeded in paraffin,serially sectioned,and autoradiographied with dipping film technique.We have observed the main projections of the habenular nuclei as following:Most of the efferent fibers of the habenular nuclei form the fasciculus retroflexus.LHB efferents are distributed throughout the fasciculus,but MHB efferents form thecore portion of the fasciculus.They both terminate in the interpeduncular nucleus.However the number of MHB efferents is obviously larger than that of LHB efferents.When-the fasciculus retroflexus passes through the tegmentum of mesencephalon,some fibers leave from the main fasciculus,and turn dorsally and medially to terminatein the nuclei raphe(nucleus linearis rostralis,nucleus linearis intermedium,nucleusraphe dorsalis,nucleus centralis superior,and nucleus raphe pontis),the ventral partof the central gray of mesencephalon and the bilateral reticular formation adjacentto the raphe.The fasciculus retroflex sends a few febers to the parafasciculus nucleuson its way.As the fasciculus retroflexus nears the interpeduncular nucleus,it sendssome fibers laterally to the pars compacta of the substantia nigra,and some rostrallydirected fibers are distributed to the hypothalamus(lateral,posterior,dorsomedialand ventromedial hypothalamic nuclei).Some efferents of the habenular nuclei followthe stria medullaris thalami rostrally,and some of which terminate the anteriorthalamic nuclei.In addition,a few habenular efferents decussate to the contralateralside by way of the commissura habenularum and are distributed to the contralateralhabenular nuclei and the pretectal area.The problems of autoradiographic application and the decomposition due toradioactivity of concentrated ~3H-leucine were dicussed.更多还原
