【摘要】 本文报导了以V5+为引发剂,在酸性水溶液中甲基丙烯酸甲酯与柞蚕丝纤维接枝共聚反应的规律,并探讨了反应机理。

【Abstract】 The successful grafting of methylmethacrylate (MMA) onto silk fibers involves the creation of free radicals on the backbones of silk fibers, In the present paper, we have reported the regularities of grafting copolymerization of MMA onto silk fibers by quinquivalent vanadium ion(V5+) in an aqueous medium. The graft yield increases significantly by increasing monomer concentration. With the increasing of V5+ concentration, the graft yield increases but beyond 0.005M it decreases. The graft yield also increases with the increasing of H2SO4 concentration but beyond 0.55M it decreases, The rate of grafting is considerably influenced by reaction temperature. A suitable over-all rate equation of grafting copolymerization has been derived.
