与苏芸金杆菌各H——血清型相同但不产生晶体的芽孢杆菌的生化特性、醋酶型和毒力的比较

【摘要】 本文研究了14株能与苏芸金杆菌Bacill-us thuringiensis H-抗血清发生高效价凝集反应的不产晶体的芽孢杆菌的生化特性、酯酶型和对家蚕幼虫的病原性。结果证明,它们的生化特性和酯酶型不同于相应血清型的苏芸金杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis菌株,对家蚕幼虫无毒。我们发现酯酶型与生化型相关,但与血清型没有相关性。
【Abstract】 The experimental data show that the groupling of similarities of the stud-ed strains shold not rely to any particular charaterristic.
