【Abstract】 In this paper we report a chromate reducing bacteria. It is a facultative anaerobic, Gram -negative, heterotrophie-rod possessing the ability of reducing chromate and bichromate athigh rate under the conditions of pH 7.5-8.5, ......and so on. The pure culture of thesebacteria No.81001 is deposited in our laboratory for identification. A simple and inexpensive process for the purification of industrial chromic wastes by these bacteria is introduced.更多还原
