应用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定海洋沉积物Rb、Sr元素的方法研究

【Abstract】 In this paper, Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence Spectrometry and thick compressed powder sample slice were used for an analogous test to measure trace element Rb and Sr in oceanic sediment in the East China Sea. The matrix of the sample has been determined and the standard sample for analysing elements Rb and Sr has been prepared. The results of measurement are as follows: The measuring limits of concentration of elements Rb and Sr are 0.005% and 0.002% respectively. The relative error for each element is less than 10% and the relative deviation is less than 1.9%. This method provides some bases for resolving the distribution of elements Rb. Sr in oceanic sediment in continental shelf of the China Sea
