【Abstract】 The formula of unicellular algae reproduction is N_t= N_oeK(t-t_o) where K, not coincident at all in some literatures, is defined as the cell division frequency in the present paper. According to this definition the methematical models of the cell division frequency K and the reproduction speed (dN/dt) in various phases of unicellular algae reprobuction are presented. The present paper also discusses the significance of K in the reproduction of unicellular algae and the importance to find its value in the right way. The relationship between the harvest and the yield in semi-continuous culture of unicellular algae is also discussed. The conclusion we arrive at is that the less you harvest, the more the yield you obtain.更多还原
