【摘要】 <正> 5’-核苷二磷酸是一种重要的生化试剂。在其通常的化学合成中需要用离子交换柱分离纯化,操作较为繁杂,产率也不高。本文介绍的是通过升温直接从反应液中沉淀析出核苷二磷酸盐的简易和有效的方法及有关产物的分析研究。

【Abstract】 Nucleotides-5’-diphosphate were prepared by increasing the reaction temperature. The mixture containing pyridine, tributylaminephosphate and nucleotides-5’-phosphate-morpholine was heated to 50 to 65°G for about two days and nucleotides-5’-diphosphate separated out from the reaction liquid. Nuclear magnetic resonance and paper chromatographic analysis of the product showed that pure Li3CDP could be prepared so ong as it was treated with LiOH and poly I:C could be prepared successfully with the product.
