【摘要】 <正> 海水中铋的含量远小于1ppb,Jagner等报道了标准海水样品中铋的含量低于0.01ppb。无论原子吸收光谱,中子活化分析或火花质谱的灵敏度都达不到这个要求。所以至今有关海水中铋含量的确切数据很少,其变化规律更有待于探索。 根据铋的电化学特征,它可以在比较正的电位下富集,这就避免了大多数阳离子干扰的

【Abstract】 The anodic stripping semidifferential electroanalysis techinique with thin mercury film electrode formed in situ is used for the direct determination of Bi in seawater.A large number of supporting electrolytes have been investigated for the analysis of Bi.The ideal eletrolyte should be 0.1M HClO4 +3 % NaCl which gives well-defined neopolarogram.The negative peak potential is-0.09v (vs S.C.E.) and the width between the negative and the positive peaks is ca.22mv.The effects of accumulation time,scanning rate,and electrode rotation rate on the height of the epu of Bi are rtudied.Linear calibration curves have been obtained for 5********x10-12~3********x10-9g/ml.Ag (********I),Cd(*****III),Co(******II),Cr(****III),Cu(****II),Fe(******III),Ga (******III),Ge(*****IV),In(******III),Mn(*****II),Ni(****II),Pb(****II),Sb(**III),Sn(****II),Te(*****IV),Tl(*******I) and Zn(*****III) do not interfere in the determination of Bi (******III) under given experimental conditions.Seawater,lakewater,well water and thermal spring water are analyzed directly,no separation or preconcentration steps being necessary.It is possible to recover sespectively 102*********+10%for seawater and 98**********+23% for natural water.
