【摘要】 用国产噻吗心安0.25%眼药水治疗原发性青光眼。用一滴眼药水后观察24小时内眼压变化并与1%匹罗卡品比较;以及每日两次,每次一滴,连续用药六个月,观察眼压控制情况及副作用。证明其疗效满意,优于匹罗卡品,大多数病人眼压可以控制在正常范围内,无重大不良反应。并证实其降眼压作用的机制,系减少房水生成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of 0.25% timolol manufactured in Tianjin,China was studied inthe treatment of primary open angle glaucoma.The first group included 36 eyes;at the end of lst hour aftcr one drop medication,35/36 eyes showed reduction ofintraocular pressure(IOP).Significant reduction of IOP began at the end of onehour,and reached its peak effect at the end of 6 hours.The amplitude of IOPreduction was 40.3%.At the end of 24 hours most of the eyes still sustained alower IOP by contrasted with that before the medication.Significant effectivenesslasted for somewhat more than one day.The second group included 34 eyes,the drug was dropped twice daily for 6 months,amplitude of IOP reduction was 30-45%.IOP of 94.12% eyes(32/34)was controlled below 21 mmHg.Series obser-vation during the 6 months course revealed that the pupil size was not changed,visual acuity and visual field remained the same or were improved.On tonogra,phy,there was no significant change of C value(p>0.05)but significant reduc-tion of F values(p<0.01)occurred.This demonstrated that the mechanism ofreduction of IOP is due to reducion of aqueous formation.Superficial punct-ate fluorescein stain occurred on some eyes,but was asymptomatic.One case(2eyes)showed opacities on the lens.Some patients showed reduction of systemicblood pressure and pulse rate,but they appeared asymtomatic and the medicationwas not interrupted.更多还原
