【Abstract】 Peritonitis is a serious complication in abdominal disorders.Most cases ofperitonitis are caused by Gram-negative bacilli in predominance.The anaerobic andnecrotic tissues are the conditions for the growth of bacteria.The lavage of peri-toneal cavity can eliminate the culture-medium of bacteria.A small quantity ofantibiotics can restrain bacteria from reproducing.For this reason the toxicsymptoms of the patient can be relieved.As shown by the comparison and analysis of 30 cases of peritonitis and bythe statistics in our department,the healing rate in the treatment of peritonitis byusing the above method increases sharply,while the rate of infection decreases.The rate of remnant infection of peritoneal cavity also reduces.Therefore,thesuggested method is applicable.更多还原
