枳实及其有效成分对内毒素休克猫心乳头肌收缩性及自动节律性的影响
THE EFFECT OF “ZHISHI”(CITRUS AURANTIUM) AND ITS ACTIVE PRINCIPLES ON THE CONTRACTILITY AND AUTOMACITY OF CAT PAPILLARY MUSCLE IN ENDOTOXIN SHOCK
【摘要】 本实验用内毒素休克猫心乳头肌观察枳实及其有效成分对心肌收缩性及自动节律性的影响,并与肾上腺素、多巴胺及酪胺相比较。结果表明,枳实及所试药物对内毒素休克猫心扎头肌增加收缩力及诱发自动节律性收缩与对照组比较,其强度的百分率无统计学上明显差异,从结果看,对有的药物其增强收缩力作用还稍大于对照组。而这些药物对利血平化猫心乳头肌的作用则明显减弱。说明內毒素休克猫心乳头肌和利血平化猫心孔头肌在反应性质上是完全不同的,后者与利血平耗竭儿茶酚胺有关,前者是否与儿茶酚胺储存增加有关,尚须进一步研究证明。
【Abstract】 This paper reported the effect of“Zhishi”(citrus aurantium)and its activeprinciples in comparison with epinephrine,dopamine and tyramine on the contrac-tility and automaticity of cat papillary muscle in shock produced by E.coliendotoxin.The result suggests that the cardiac catecholamine storages are not depleted insustained hypotensive shock.In order to explore this problem further,reserpinizedcat papillary muscles were tested in comparison with normal papillary muscles.The experiments showed that the reserpinized cat papillary muscles responded poorlyto the drugs even in concentration three times as high as that used in papillarymuscles from normal or shock cat.The percentage of contractility increased andautomaticity induced in reserpinized group were much lower than those in thenormal or shock group,especially N-methyl-tyramine and tyramine(both arecatecholamine releasing agents).These findings reveal that papillary muscles removedfrom endotoxin induced hypotensive cat are virtually different from that ofreserpinized cat,the underlying mechanism is worthy of further investigation.
