黄芪抗心律失常的实验研究(初步报告)
EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE ANTI-ARRHYTHMIC EFFECTS OF HUANGQI(ASTRAGALUS) INJECTION
【摘要】 黄芪可预防家兔肾上腺素性室性早搏和室性心律,预防大鼠氯化钡性心室颤动或使之逆转为窦性心律,延长大鼠乌头碱性心律失常的诱导期,提高乌头碱引起大鼠室性早搏、室性心律和室颤的剂量,提高家免心室电致颤阈,延长离体家免左心房的有效不应期。
【Abstract】 Huangqi(Astragalus)has extensive effects on the cardiovascular system.Thispaper reports its anti-arrhythmic effects in various experimental models.Theepinephrine induced arrhythmia in anesthetized rabbits could be prevented by intra-venous injection of Huangqi in doses equivolent to 2g/kg.The barium chloride in-duced arrhythmia and the aconitine induced arrhythmia in rats could be antagonizedby intravenous injection of Huangqi 4g/kg,the latter could be antagonized by cons-tant intravenous injection of Huangqi 8g/kg,too.When injected with Huangqi0.03g/ml into the isolated rabbit left atria,the effective refractory period(ERP)could be prolonged by 16.8%.In the anesthetized rabbits,the electric stimulus threshold of ventricular fibrillationwere increased equivolent to 2.8±0.6V by intravenous injection of Huangqi in dosesof 2g/kg.
