放射性131碘标记的示踪油的制备

【摘要】 <正> 我所在山东省禹城石油分站作地下油管检漏试验,需用示踪油,我们采用的标记化合物是131碘苯(C6H5131I),制成示踪油的放射性浓度为20μCi/1。碘苯是通过苯胺重氮化反应后,由碘置换重氮基脱氮反应后得到的。由于重氮化合物不够稳定,所以碘苯的合成必须在应用现场进行。由于131碘易于游离出分子破于大气,碘能通过食物链迅速、高度地富集在人体的甲状腺内,因而可在短期内对人造成严重的危害。针对这些特殊情况,我们为适应现场应用放射性碘苯配制示踪油的需要,设计了一套能远距离半自动操作的密闭系统制备装置。成功地制备了300mCi以上的131I标记的碘苯,配制了十吨示踪油,供油管检漏时使用。

【Abstract】 The leak detection tests of oil pipe line were carried out in Nu county Shandong province, using oil tracer of iodo-benzene (C6H6131I) labeled by 1S1I. C6H5131I was obtained through iodination of diazotized aniline. Because of the diazo-compound is unstable, thus the iodo-benzene must be prepared in site. Apparatus for semi-automic and remote operation was designed. More than 300 mCi of C4H5131I were prepared successfully and mixed with ten tons of petroleum, for leak detection of oil pipe line. It was demonstrated that the test was safe and reliable.
