【摘要】 <正> 气相辐射接枝共聚是一种先进的辐射接枝共聚新技术。 本工作采用单体回流气相接枝法研究了预辐照聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)薄膜同苯乙烯(St)-二乙烯基苯(DVB)的接枝共聚,阐明了F46-St气相接枝的转化过程。所制得的交联型和非交联型F46均相离子交换膜具有优异的抗氧化、耐腐蚀和离子选择透过性能。 该气相接枝法反应周期较短、装置简单、易于实施,是一种值得深入研究的气相接枝新方法。

【Abstract】 Gaseous phase irradiation induced grafting copolymerization is an advanced new copo-lymerizing technique of radiation induced grafting.Gaseous phase grafting method with reflux monomers is adopted to research the pre-irradiated film of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE)-hexafluoropropylene (HFP) copolymers (F46) grafting copolymerization with styrene (St)-dual vinyl benzene (DVB). It elaborates the transforming process of F46-St gaseous phase grafting. The obtained crosslinking and non-crosslinking F46 homogeneous ion exchaging membranes have excellent properties of anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and ion selective penetration.The reaction period of this gaseous grafting method is shorter, its equipment is easy to operate,so this new gaseous grafting method is worth researching profoundly.
