130cm~3和100cm~3同轴Ge(Li)探测器相对效率刻度
The relative efficiency calibration of 130cm~3 and 100cm~3 coaxial Ge(Li) detectors
【摘要】 <正> 由于Ge(Li)探测器具有优良的能量分辨,因此它是定量分析γ谱的有力工具。在活化分析、同位素放射性杂质的鉴定以及核谱研究中都有着重要意义。而精确地测量γ强度,主要取决于探测器效率曲线的精确刻度。每个Ge(Li)探测器的几何尺寸不一,故探测器的效率ε随能量Er的变化关系必须实验测定。
【Abstract】 The relative efficiency of 130cm3 and 100cm3 spectrometers was measured using 133Ba, 169Yb, 75Se, 110mAg, 152Eu, 182Ta and 56Co multi-peak γ ray sources. The energy range is from 66keV to 3450keV. The relative efficiency experimental data were mormalized and fitted by orthognal polynomial. The uncertainties of the relative effciency curves were about ±1% between 300keV and 2000keV, and about ±2% outside this region.
