【摘要】 <正> 左心室喷血分数(LVEF)测定对心血管疾病的临床诊断、疗效观察、愈后判断具有重要意义。已经发表的这一类测量仪器均存在因受检者心率不齐造成的误差,不能适用于心率不齐患者。本文提出一种门控信号自动跟踪心室收缩及舒张末期的设计方案;并研制了这种信号检出技术,成功地消除了此类误差,提高了测量精度,从而扩大了该类仪器的适用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 The measurement of left ventrical ejection fraction (LVEF) is of great significance in clinical diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis of heart diseases.Since the instruments designed before for LVEF measurement usually bear arrhythmic error they are unsuitable for examining patients with arrhythmia. This paper presents a device with the said error eliminated by introducing two gated signals tracing automatically the end of systole and distole.Consequently, it improves the precision of measurement augments the field of application.更多还原
