【Abstract】 In this paper the radiation vulcanization technology of medical silica rubber tube and the production line of 6t/year are described. Batch process can be achieved by using SYP device with homogeneous radiation and high efficiency. The results indicated that the product obtained by means of electron radiation is relatively pure, comparing with heat vulcanization both the energy consumption and cost are low.更多还原
