高压液相色谱流出物中软β放射性化合物连续测量

【摘要】 <正> 高压液相色谱流出物中软β-放射性可用均相和非均相闪烁法测量,研制了二种体系的适当流动池并对体系适用范围进行了探讨。 非均相测量体系,溶液通过—个用POPOP,聚萘酯或塑料闪烁体等固体闪烁体充填的U形流动池进行测量,此体系适用于放射性制备色谱。体系对3H、14C的测量效率分别为1.9%、40%;测量标准误差为±5.4%、±8.4%;检测浓度为0.1μCi/ml、0.02μCi/ml。 均相测量体系,流出液与闪烁液混合后通过一个U形或盘香形流动池进行测量,该体系适用于要求高灵敏度、高分辨率,而不要求回收样品的检测。对3H、14C测量效率分别为50%、80%;检测浓度为0.02μCi/ml、0.001μCi/ml。

【Abstract】 The μ-radioactivity of HPLC eluent were measured by homogeneous and heterogeneous scient illation.Two kinds of flow cells were designed and their uses while studies.In heterogeneous system, the eluent passed directly through a U-shaped cell packed with finely devided solid scintillators, including POPOP, poly-naphthalene esters or plastic scintillator.Such system is suitable for preparative liquid chromatography. The detective efficiency of 3H and 14C were 1.996, 40% respectively. The corresponding limits of detection were 0.1μCi/ml, 0.02μCi/ml.In homogeneous system the eluents were mixed with liquid scintillator by a spiral shaped or U-shaped flow cell, sample used in such system was non-recoverable. And the detective efficency of 3H and 14C were 50% and 80%, limits of detection 0.02μCi/ml, 0.001μCi/ml.
