排、灌泵站前池流态及其改善措施的研究

【摘要】 本文根据孟加拉国鲁普甘吉北排、灌泵站整体模型试验成果,研究和分析了前池及进水池在正向或反向引水时,池中出现的各种流态,以及不同流态对机组运行的影响,並观察到各台水泵装置效率随开机台数的变化,而有较大的差别.提出了在前池的适当部位加设底坎,有效的改善了流态,使机组运行平稳,水泵装置效率普遍提高,降低了能耗.从而使这一新型的排、灌结合泵站型式,具有较好的经济效果.本文阐述的内容,对其它型式泵站,亦有参考价值.

【Abstract】 This paper presents the result obtained in the integral model test for Noutn Rupganj irrigation and drainage pumping station in Bangladesh. Different kinds of flow conditions appeared in tne pool are studied, and their effects aon operating sets while water is diverted into the front pool and fhe entrance pool both in obverse and reverse directions are analysed. It has been observed that the efficiency of each pumping set varies with the numper of operating sets. By setting a bottom ridge at a suitable position in the front pool patters of flow will be improved and the operating set will run more steady. As a rusult, the efficiency of pumping sets is increased, and energy loss is decreased. Therefore, this new type of pumping station will provide better economic profit. The paper is useful for other types of pumping stations.
