用脉冲形状甄别法改善锗(锂)探测器性能

【摘要】 本文介绍采用脉冲形状甄别法改善陷阱效应显著的锗(锂)探测器及中子损伤探测器性能的结果。对能量分辨率及峰康比的改善为50%,而峰高计数率降低很少

【Abstract】 The pulse-shape discrimination method has been used for improving the performances of the Ge(Li) detectors with obvious trap effect and of the neutron damaged Ge detectors. The results obtained by this method are presented in this paper. The energy resolution and the peak-Compton ratio have been improved by 50%, while the count rate at the peak decreased only a little .
