【摘要】 <正> 本文以四种实验性心律失常动物模型研究了Lorcainide抗心律失常的作用。静脉注射Lorcainide 2.5mg/kg,能明显提高猫静注地高辛(0.05mg/ml)中毒引起室性心律失常至死亡的剂量(P<0.05);亦能缩短家兔静注氯化钡2～4 mg/kg所致心律失常的持续时间(P<0.05);尚可减弱或消除家兔静注肾上腺素50μg/kg后引起多种心更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents the studies of effects of home-made lorcainide on antiarrhythmia by way of four animal patterns of experimental arrhythmia. The results were as follows: 1. Intravenous injection of lorcainide 2.5mg/kg into anesthetized cats significantly elevated lethal doses of ventricular arrhythmias induced by a toxic dose of digoxin given introveously (P<0.05). 2. Duration of rabbits with arrhythmia induced by barium chloride(2～4mg/kg iv) was shortened (P<0.05). 3. Intraveous injection of lorcainide (2.5mg/kg) into rabdits could alleviate or eliminate various heart rhythm changes induced by adrenalin (50ng/kg iv). 4. When Lorcainide was administered intravenously(lmg/kg, 2.5mg/kg), it could singnificantly increase ventricular fibrillation threshold induced by electrical stimuli (P<0.05, P<0.01).更多还原
