CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O系统中和压蒸制品有关的水化产物的研究

【摘要】 本文用X射线衍射分析、差热分析、扫描电镜、X荧光分析等测试方法研究了托勒莫来石、C-S-H等相在固溶铝后以及水榴子石相在固溶铁、硅后的形成条件及物化参数的变化。 此外,研究了CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O系统中用细度不同的石英以及当 SiO2 的活性不同(用石英或无定形二氧化硅)时所形成的水化产物的种类、数量、结晶度的差异。

【Abstract】 The behaviors of tobermorite and C-S-H phases before and after the substitution of Alions and of hydrogarnet before and after the substitution of Si and Fe ions were studied. Meanwhile, quartz of different fineness and amoiphous silica of different activity wereused as the starting materials to study the hydrates formed under autoclave condition.Testresults suggest that the fineness of quartz and the state of silica (crystalline or amor-phous) have pronounced influence on the variety, amount and crystallinity of the hydratesformed. The XRD, SEM and X-ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis results are presented inthis paper.
