【Abstract】 This paper will introduce the general situation about Late Pleistocene "Cang-fanggou Beds" which bearing several members of the "Coelodonta-Mammuthus Fauna". The first discovery of this fauna which mainly found in North China and Northeast area before in Xinjiang extented its distribution to some extent.
