ε-己内酯与D,L-丙交酯嵌段共聚物的合成及其作为生物降解性恒定释放药物的高分子载体的评价

【摘要】 用负离子络合型催化剂——Al/Zn双金属氧桥烷氧化物,[(RO)2OAlO]2Zn,研究了ε-己内酯与D,L-丙交酯的嵌段共聚合,合成了预定结构的单分散的(?/?1.12)AB型嵌段共聚物,通过控制两种链段的比例能有效控制药物释放和生物降解的速度,可望成为新型生物降解性控制药物释放的载体及其它生物医用材料。

【Abstract】 The "living" sequential block copolymerization of e-caprolactone (CL) and DL-lactide(LA) by bimetallic UUUUUUUU-oxobutoxide has been investigated and the well defined AB type block copolymers with narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn 1.1) and microphase separation motphology were synthesized In vitro, the complete degradation time of the block copolymer films in deionized water at 50℃ ranging from several months to 3 years depending on the molar ratio of CL/LA, in it. In vitro the matrix release rate of norgestrel varies with the ratio of CL/LA.
