聚全氟乙丙烯的转变

【摘要】 <正> 聚全氟乙丙烯(Fs-46)是四氟乙烯(TFE)与六氟丙烯(HFP)的共聚物。McCrum用扭摆法测得α和β转变与HFP含量有关。Eby等用超声波法发现γ松弛也与HFP含量有关。 本文用动态力学法发现HFP含量对α、β、γ转变都有影响。用介电方法得到了α、γ、δ三个转变峰。δ峰属于端基运动,Eby等认为是—CF2H基运动;我们从红外光谱图中检测到—COOH基的存在,认为与—COOH基运动也有关。

【Abstract】 The transitions of copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene (FEP) were studied by using the dynamic mechanical and dielectric relaxation methods. Three mechanical transition peaks i.e. α.β and γ were observed over a temperature range from -90℃ to 160℃ for FEP copolymer. Effects of HFP content on the transitions were discussed. Similar to mechanical relaxation, there are three transition peaks of α.γ and δ existing between -186 and 150℃ by dielectric method. Experimental data showed that the peaks measured by dynamic mechanical method are consistent with the peaks measured by dielectric method. The mechanism of dielectric δ transition is explained in detail.
