水合肼引发烯类单体聚合研究

【摘要】 本文研究了不同结构甲基丙烯酸酯用水合肼作引发剂时的本体及溶液聚合,测定了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)在乙醇中的聚合反应总活化能及引发活化能,研究了不同水合肼浓度下氧含量与聚合速度的关系,从水合肼存在下单体氧化和聚合的关系,提出并讨论了引发机理。

【Abstract】 The vinyl monomers, such as methacrylates, have been polymerized with hydrazine hydrate (HZH) as initiator. The rates of polymerization are various with the structure of monomer as well as the polarity of solvent. The overall energy and initiation energy of polymerization for system of MMA-EtOH have been estimated to be 9.05 and 8.31 kcal/mol respectively.From the relationship between the polymerization and oxygen absorption the tentative initiation mechanism has been proposed.
