等离子体聚四氟乙烯的ESR研究

【Abstract】 In this paper the species and the properties of the free-radicals in synthesis reaction of the plasma-polymerized tetrafluoroethylene have been studies by means of the ESR. We first get about 160 hyperfine splitting lines of plasma-polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in gas conden-sates, and investigated the mechanism of the free-radicals in the plasma-polymerized tetrafluoroethylene.
