用制动仪测定热轧摩擦系数

【摘要】 摩擦系数是轧制过程最重要的参变量之一。本文介绍作者研制成功的新式制动仪,它适用于在实验室条件下测定热轧摩擦系数。文中简要说明用制动仪测定摩擦系数的基本原理、仪器结构和试件制备方法。

【Abstract】 One of the most important variables in rolling is the coefficient of friction between the roll surface and the material being rolled. A new tribometer has been successfully developed to determine the coefficient in hot rolling under laboratory conditions. Its applicability has been experimentally confirmed. In this paper, the fundamentals and the structure of this new device as well as the preparation of specimens are briefly presented.
