冷轧带钢轧机的单辊传动和异径轧制
SINGLE DRIVING ROLL AND UNEQUAL DIAMETER ROLLING FOR COLD STRIP ROLLING MILL
【摘要】 根据轧制理论,在普通四辊轧机上轧制薄带钢时,常被认为相当接近于简单轧制条件,这时两轧辊上的轧制力矩相等。测定表明,由于辊径不可避免地存在微小差别,接轴上的力矩常出现分配不均的情况,这应作为传动零件强度计算的基础。在一定条件下,冷轧带钢轧机实行单辊传动,异径轧制是可行的,它可带来保证轧机受力零件的安全,增加压下率,减少道次,从而提高轧机生产率等方面的利益。
【Abstract】 The rolling theory deals only with simple rolling condition. But, in fact, any rolling process has, more or less, some nonsymmetry. In this paper the experience is presented on a four-high strip mill. The tests showed that even a little difference between two work rolls may cause unequal distribution of rolling torque. This should be the foundation of strength computation of driving parts. Under certain condition the process "Single Driving Roll and Unequal Diameter Rolling" may be used in cold strip mill. The experience shows that it has brought us three advantages: the increase in draft, decrease in rolling pass and the safety of driving parts.
