不锈钢界面吹氩强化冶炼的探讨
AN INVESTIGATION ON INTENSIFICATION OF STAINLESS STEEL SMELTING THROUGH INTERPHASE Ar-BUBBLING
【摘要】 长期以来不锈钢在电弧炉中冶炼一直沿用三段式传统操作,因此冶炼成本高、时间长、劳动强度大,且钢中的有害气体含量不同程度的增高.我们厂根据刘易斯,怀特曼的双膜理论,结合实际条件,研究了二段式界面吹Ar法.用此法已生产1368炉,17784吨不锈钢.实践表明:用此方法冶炼的不锈钢,性能均能达到我国部颁不锈钢标准而且有一定的经济效益,每吨钢平均可节约90元,每炉冶炼时间约缩短30分钟.
【Abstract】 Until recently, the traditional three-step practice has been in use for stainless steel making in the electric arc furnace with high cost, long duration, high labour intensity and harmful gases of various high amounts in the steel. In light of Lewis-Whitman double film theory combined with the concrete conditions of our works, we’ve made an investigation into the interphase Ar-bubbling two-step practice and turned out 1368 heats totalling 17784 tons of stainless steel. Test results bear a proof that the stainless steel made by this practice comes up to the specifications of stainless steel issued by China’s Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. This practice also yields economic benefits: a saving of RMB 90 yuan per ton of steel, a time cut by 30 minutes per heat and a marked reduction of labour intensity. This practice is being continuously perfected and popularized in our works.
