二氟一氯嘧啶型活性染料和丝素的反应
Bifunctional Reaction of Difluorochloro-pyrimidine Reactive Dye with Silk Fabric
【摘要】 文章论述了丝织物用二氟一氯嘧啶型活性染料染色后,在硫氰酸锂溶液中的溶解度降低,增加了回弹性能,这些效应是由于染料与丝素产生了二官能交联的结果;比较了正常和用重氮甲烷改性的丝与染料的作用和溶解度;阐明了丝素中酪氨酸的剩余酚基在与染料的作用中占有重要的位置.
【Abstract】 Silk fabric dyed with a difluorochloro-pyrimidine reactive dye shows a reduction in solubility inaqueous lithium thiocyanate solution and an improvement in resilient elasticity properties.Theseeffects are attributed to the cross-linkages formed by the bifunctional reaction of the dye with silkfibroin.Comparisons in dyeing behaviour and solubility are made between normal and modified silk,inwhich the phenolic groups of the tyrosine residues have been partially blocked by methylation withdiazomethane.The results indicate forcibly that the tyrosine residues of silk fibroin play an importantrole in the reaction with the dye.
