棉型涤纶纤维性能结构及其应用研究

【摘要】 本文对高强低伸、普强普伸、低强高伸三种棉型涤纶纤维的微观结构和物理机械性能进行了较系统的测试分析,通过对三种类型纤维进行纺织染加工的工艺性考察,观察其对工艺加工及最后成品品质的影响。通过测试分析,得出不同类型棉型涤纶纤维与纺纱工艺、染整工艺以及最后成品服用性能之间的关系。从10%伸长对应强力及第二转折点强伸余效的研究,得出对纺织加工和织物服用性能较理想的棉型涤纶纤维的应力应变曲线形态。在涤纶纤维及其织物热处理过程中微观结构变化,以及与热收缩、染色性能之间的关系和热定形温度等方面,也作了一些研究。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the measurement and analysis of fine structuresas well as physicaland mechanical properties,and also applications of PET fibres sub-divided into three typesaccording to the different tenacity and elongation.Tests were undertaken in the spinning,weaving,dyeing and heat setting processes soas to investigate the performances of these fibres and to observe the influence of thedifferent fibre-forming processes on the subsequent processing and the product quality.Relations between the manufacturing process and end uses of the various PETfibres are obtained by the study.Through the investigation of residual effects of tenacityand elongation at the second transition point and the tenacity at 10% elongation,the idealpattern of strain curve conforming to the textile processes and end use is suggested.Therelations between fine structure changes of fibres and fabrics in the heat treatment and thebehaviours of thermal shrinkage and dyeing are studied.In addition,the effective temperatureT for the heat setting is also explored.
