纱条不匀率测定中试样长度选择的理论探讨
A Theoretical Investigation on Sampling Length for Measuring the Evenness of Yarn
【摘要】 本文用理论推导得出:以250m 作为试样长度,用其所测定的短片段不匀率值替代纱条总不匀率值,是合理的。并且导出了取小于250m 长度片段LW 时,所测定的CV%(变异系数)值占总不匀率的比率γ的关系式γ=([1-((?)/LW)n]/[1-((?)/250)n])1/2。作者应用电容式电子均匀度仪测定纱条短片段不匀率时,根据γ值的计算,认为棉纱和毛纱分别选取200m和100m 长度所测得的CV%值已足够精确。
【Abstract】 Through theoretical treatment,the authors suggest that a samlpe length of 250 meters isreasonable or taking the value of short term evenness as the total evenness of the yarn,anddeduce a formula to express he relation between the CV% of the sample Lw which is lessthan 250 meters,and the total evenness as ollows:γ=([1-((?)/Lw)2]/[1-((?)/250)n])1/2When an electrical evenness detector of capacity type is sed to measure the evenness ofshort term,according to the value of γ,the CV% of the sample with a length f 00 metersfor cotton yarn and 100 meters for wool yarn is precise enough to meet the requirement.
