钴、镍、铜、锌、镉的计算分析——5-Br-PADAP分光光度法
The Computation Analysis of Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd——5-Br-PADAP Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 本文采用5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,研究了钴、镍、铜、锌、镉共存时的计算分析方法.为了减轻矛盾方程组的病态,在两种酸度下显色测量,组成12个方程,用最小二乘法求解,得到五组分的结果,当各组分总量在15微克以下时,相对误差在±5%以内,适用于三至五组份微克量混合溶液的分析.
【Abstract】 A method for simultaneous determination of Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd by the processing of spectrophotometric data with computer has been proposed. In 40% ethanol-water mixture, five metals form stable colored complexes’ with 5-BrPADAP, having molar absorptivities in the region of 105 for all complexes at their wavelenthes of maximum absorbance. In order to provide the reliable measured data two systems of color development for simultaneous determination are used. The concentration of each component is computed with least-spuare method. For determining synthetic sample of five-component the average relative error is less than ± 5%.
