芳香族类取代基杂氮硅三环化合物的X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究

【摘要】 本文对一组具有高度毒性的芳香族类取代基杂氮硅三环化合物做了X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究,从直接对比和芳香族基团的改变两个侧面都证明这类化合物分子中N→Si配位键的存在。同时由这类化合物N1s和Si2p结合能间的相关性推断芳香体系对Si2p结合能的改变起稳定作用,这不同于脂肪族类取代基的相关结果。

【Abstract】 Some high toxical silatranes compounds with different aromatic substituents on the silicon atom have been studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). By direct comparison method and by comparing the effects of different aromatic substituents on the binding energy of N1Sand Si2P in these compounds, the existence of a dative bond between nitrogen and silicon atoms has; been confirmed. From the slope of correlation line on binding energy of N1Sandi Si2P, it is known that π electron of aromatic ring can stabilize the change of Si2P binding energy. This result is different from the result of aliphatic substituents.
