某些三苯基季鏻盐的抗癌活性与分子结构的关系

【摘要】 作者发现3-碘丙醇-1-三苯基季鏻盐,对小白鼠EAC-ESC、HSC,u14和s80具有抗癌活性。因此,合成了它的类似物并研究了其分子结构与抗癌活性之间的关系。初步实验表明:这类化合物分子中含有羟基及碘具有抗癌活性。对小白鼠u14的比较试验中,以[Ph3P+CH(CH2OH)2]I-的活性较高。对小白鼠u14的抑制率可达56.55%。在结构上的其它变动均降低其活性。

【Abstract】 The authors have found that 3-Hydroxypropyl Triphenylphosphonium lodide possesses anticancer activities for EAC-ESC, HSC, U14 and S180 of mice. Therefore, a series of its analogs were synthesized, and the relation between the molecular structure and anticancer activity was investigated. It is evident that the hydroxyl group and iodine possess anticancer activity. Activity of [ph3p+CH(CH2OH)2]I- is highest in these compounds, the rate of inhibition for U14 of mice being 56.55%. Any change in molecular structure will decrease its activity.
