比表面积与孔径分布的测定和计算中一些问题的研究Ⅳ——关于无模型法孔结构分析
Investigation on the Determination and CaIculation of Specific Surface Area and Pore Size Distribution Ⅳ——On Pore Structure Analysis with the Modelless Method
【摘要】 本文对孔结构分析的无模型法(ML法)及其理论基础进行了研究,指出КиceлeB程仅适用于毛细孔凝聚及蒸发的情况,而不能用来描述吸附层厚度的增减,因此ML法不是严格地无模型的,即使对求孔心分布来说也是如此。将ML法与采用孔的等效模型的方法进行比较,当引入模型后,ML法此后者的准确性略差.给出了分组合理、使用方便的孔心分布,孔径分布计算及二者问相互换算的常用数据表。
【Abstract】 The modelless method of pore structure analysis (ML method)[3-6]and its theoretical foundations have been studied, and the following results are given: 1. The Kelvin Equation (Eq. 1) and КиселеВ Equation (Eq. 2) describing the condensation and evaporation in capillaries Cannot describe the increase and decrease in the thickness of adsorbed layer. It is important to distinguish between the concepts of the critical relative pressure (x) and the equilibrium relative pressure (x′). Only in the approximate condition of substituting Δσcj,i (the specific surface of the core of pore with x=xi and x′=xi, as Eq. 3) by Δσcj,i, can we get the fundamental equations of ML method (Eq. 5 and Eq. 6). Thus ML method is not a perfectly exact one. 2. When adopting the column model of pore, we can get Eq. 7, which is just the final equation in the previous paper[1a], from the exact Eq. 3 and get Eq. 8 from the less exact Eq. 5 or 6. 3. The data, which are useful for the calculation of pore core distribution and its transformation to pore size distribution, have been given in Table 1. The comparison between concrete results calculated by Eqs. 7 and 8 is given in Table 2 and Fig. 1. It can be seen that the smaller the radius of pore becomes the more considerable the deviation of Eq. 8 will be.
