横向激励双放电CO2激光器
DOUBLE-DISCHARGE TRANVERSELY EXCITED ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE CO2 LASER
【摘要】 采用了叶片状阴极的双放电结构,制成了一台横向激励CO2激光器。每个脉冲最大输出能量 为7.9焦耳,重复频率12、20、30、60、120次/分钟可变,转换效率达10.5%.
【Abstract】 There has been developed with strips cathode construction a CO2 Laser of doublc- discharge transversely excited atmospheric pressure (TEA) .The maximum laser energy output is approximately 7.9J in a single pulse, and the repeated frequency varies over the range of 12, 20, 30, 60, and 120 times per minutes. The efficiency of the device is 10.5 percent.
