丙烯酰胺辐射聚合中间试验
Pilot Process of Radiation Polymerization of Acrylamide
【摘要】 本文叙述了丙烯酰胺辐射聚合中间试验。采用中等浓度丙烯酰胺水溶液(30—35%按重量),加入添加剂EDTA二钠。其工艺分为四个单元: 1.在配料单元进行辐照前准备,把单体水溶液打进配料釜,按预量加入添加剂等。 2.传动单元将辐照物料送进和产品带出辐照室。 3.辐射聚合单元,被辐照物完成聚合反应并包括60Coγ射线源装置。 4.后处理单元,把聚合物处理成干粉状聚丙烯酰胺。60Coγ射线源强度为45000Ci,中试规模为30吨/年。现在产品有三种:非离子型,阴离子型和交联型。产品已在石油、煤炭、冶金等领域应用,取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper described a pilot process of polymerization of acrylamide in middle conce-ntration (30~35% by weight) aqueous solution with the additive disodium EDTA. Thewhole process is divided into four parts: 1. The preparation system (including preparation of monomer, additive and other things before irradiation). 2. The transportation system (for carring monomer and product). 3. The radiation polymerization system (including γ-rays irradiation facilities). 4. The product treatment system. The intensity of 60Co source used was 45000Ci and the polymerization capacity ofthis set is about 30 ton/year now. There are three kinds of products: non-ionic, ionicand crosslinking. They have successfully been used in petroleum, metallurgy, coal, andother fields, Good results were ohtained.
