用高效液相色谱法测定水中十二烷基苯磺酸盐

【摘要】 <正> 随着合成洗涤剂工业的迅速发展及其在生产和生活中的大量使用,其主要成分十二烷基苯磺酸盐对环境的污染已成为不可忽视的问题。水中十二烷基苯磺酸盐的分析最常用的方法为亚甲基蓝比色法。也有人采用红外光谱法,但因设备昂贯难以推广。近年来已有人开始研究用高效液相色谱分析法。

【Abstract】 A simple and rapid method for the determination of trace amount of dodecylbenzenesulfonate in water has been developed, the methylene bluedodecylbenzenesulfonate complex is extracted with chloroform from the water sample and decomposed by concentrated hydrochloric acid. After chloroform was evaporated from the organic phase the sulfonate residue was dissolved in methanol, and dodecylbenzenesulfonate was determined by HPLC. YQG-CH was used as a stationary phase and methanol (contained H2O1.5%) as a mobile phase. Good recovery and reproducibility were obtained on the determination of dodecylbenzenesulfonate in water and waste water. The minimum detectable quantity of this method is 0.014μg (S/N=2).
