【摘要】 示波极谱滴定可应用于枸橡酸哌嗪的测定。枸橡酸哌嗪的测定方法在药物分析中用的是重量法或非水滴定法。方法繁琐费时,本文提出了用0.1NKOH直接滴定的方法。用苯胺作指示剂,终点时(pH=11.16)苯胺的示波极谱图上出现切口。终点直观,方法简易,结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oscillopolarographic neutralization titration can be used to the determination of piperazine citrate.Piperazine citrate can be titrated by 0.1 N KOH standard solution using aniline as indicator. The appearance of aniline incision indicates the end point of titration. The method is much more simple than the methods adopted by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.更多还原
