【摘要】 <正> 在有机分析中,酰胺基一般没有直接测定的方法.Ehrsson 等曾报导酰胺化合物与三氟乙酸酐的反应能生成相应的腈,Vessman 等则把这个反应应用于烟酰胺,获得了94%产率的相应的腈.我们试验了苯甲酰胺、乙酰胺和异丁酰胺的三氟乙酸酐反应的反应条件,建立了这三个酰胺的气体色谱分析方法,并把这个方法应用于核苷和核苷酸分子中苯甲酰基的测定.更多还原

【Abstract】 Benzamide,isobutylamide and acetamide can quantitatively be converted to the corresponding nitriles with trifluoro-acetyl anhydride.The latter were de- termined by gas chromatography.This method has successfully been applied to the quantitative estimation of benzoyl groups in the nucleotide and nucleoside molecules.更多还原
