我国蛭形蚓属BRANCHIOBDELLA(贫毛目:蛭蚓科)的三个新种
THREE NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS BRANCHIOBDELLA (OLIGOCHAETA: BRANCHIOBDELLIDAE) FROM CHINA
【Abstract】 This paper presents three new species of Branchiobdella from crayfish of the Genus Cambaroides in Northeast China. A revised key to the seven species occurring in East Asia is provided in the Chinese text. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Public Health, China Medical College.1. Branchiobdella heterorchis, sp. nov. (fig. 1)Body small, measuring 1.01-2.02mm in length, flask-shaped; peristomium with very short digitate processes clustered in the shape of a flower bud; dental plates uni- form, with teeth in the formula of 313/313; a pair of testes situated in the sixth major annulus; trunk segments smooth, without transverse ridge; the glandular portion of atrium in the form of an oval sac; spermatheca in the shape of a long bag, situated at the sixth major annulus.Holotype and 6 paratypes, matured, collected from Cambaroides dauricus (Pallas) in Kuandian County, Liaoning Province, in 1964.The new species differs from its congeners in the testis being situted in the 6th instead of the 5th major annulus, and from Br. digitalis also in the dental plate with 6 rather than 8-12 teeth.2. Branchiobdella maeroperistomium, sp. nov. (fig. 2)Body rather small, measuring 0.98-1.45mm in length; peristomium well developed, with the ventral lip larger than the dorsal; trunk segments without transverse ridge; dental plates dissimilar in shape, the dorsal plate with a large median tooth only and without any small teeth, whereas the ventral plate with 5 small teeth and without a median tooth; glandular portion of atrium gourd-shaped; oval spermatheca connecting with a long duct.Holotype, collected from Cambarides dauricus (Pallas) in Benxi, Liaoning Province, in Sept. 1979; and 8 paratypes, matured, collected from C. dauricus (Pallas), C, similis (Koel-bel) and C. schrenckii (Kessler) in Benxi, Liaoning Province, Yanji, Jilin Province, and Yichun, Heilungjiang Province. The new species resembles Br. kobayashii Yamaguchi in its smaller size and dissimilar dorsal and ventral dental plates, but differs from the latter in the trunk segments being smooth, without any transverse ridges, and in the well-developed peristomium being larger than the pharynx.3. Branchiobdella monodontus, sp. nov. (fig. 3)Body small in size, measuring 0.79-1.10mm in length; major annuius with developed transverse ridge, causing the body curved ventrally like a half-ring; dental plates uniform in shape, without small teeth, but with only a median tooth; glandular portion of atrium oval; spermatheca a long oval sac.Holotype and 5 paratypes, matured, collected from Cambaroides dauricus (Pallas) in Kuandian, Liaoning Province, in 1964.The new species is distinguished from all other East Asian species of Branchiobdella by combination of characters: major annulus with developed ridge and uniform dental plates with only the median tooth.
