【摘要】 《1972年国际海上避碰规则》以下简称《规则》已于1980年4月1日在我国开始生效。但是三年多来的实践证明,我国仍有80％以上的渔船,作业号灯的间距和高度都没有达到《规则》的要求。 本文从我国客观实际出发,提出缩小渔船作业号灯的间距(由原来的2米缩小为1米左右),从而也降低桅的高度。这样既避免了渔船作业号灯改装上一些无法克服的困难,又保证了渔船原有的稳性,也基本满足《规则》的要求。除此而外,本文还对渔船号灯的规格、数量、位置等也提出了一些修改意见。 本文不仅适应于我国中、小型渔船,也将适用于第三世界和其他各国中、小型渔船更多还原

【Abstract】 The "International Regulatians for preventing Colleges at Sea, 1979"(hereinafts referred to as "Regulation") has entered into force on 1st April 1980 in China. But practices over three years have shown that more than 80% of fishing vessels lights on fishing engagement have not get meet with the requirements of the "Regulations" both in space and height.On the basis of the existing realities in China, this paper suggests to reduce the "Space of lights on fishing engagement (from 2 meters to 1 meter approximately) and consequently, the "Hight" of mast. It is believed that Ruch arevision would allow to avoid much intractable difficulties for the rebuilding of ship’s light on fishing engagement and at the some time the requirements of the "Regulatione" would also be satisfied in general while still retaining the ship’s original stability.In addition to the above mentioned suggestions, some revisions on the standards, quantities and posit ions for lights on fishing vessels are also recommended.The scope of this paper applies not only to the small fishing vessels of China, but also to other countries of the Third World.更多还原
